But being healthy can be overwhelming and sometimes even a little daunting so we thought we&#8217;d be more specific with<strong> juicing in the New Year<\/strong>, the more specific the better is what we figure. And so we decided to <em>juice<\/em>, no not cleanse, just a simple juice to jump start the day. \u00a0We&#8217;ve concocted a fabulous drink that we just had to share. \u00a0Don&#8217;t be afraid, it may look intimidating but it sure is tasty!<\/p>\n<div>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 head broccoli (or 6 leaves kale), chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 cucumber<\/li>\n<li>4 stalks celery<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup fresh parsley sprigs<\/li>\n<li>1 green apple<\/li>\n<li>1 inch of ginger<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 lemon peeled<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2>Directions<\/h2>\n<div>\n<ol>\n<li>Press all ingredients through a juice extractor.
